Ayşegül Atmaca, Founder/Arts Communications Consultant

Ayşegül has 25 years’ experience in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey, as a Chief Inspector, Cultural and Tourism Counselor of Tokyo and and Expert. She led many cultural and tourism projects in Japan, Korea and Taiwan. She also managed various advertisement campaigns along with the very well-known global advertisement agencies such as Saatchi&Saatchi and Dentsu. In 2011, Turkey received “Best Tourism Office Award of Japan” as a result of her Office’s strategic projects which were conducted by some Japanese leading public relations agencies.

Ayşegül is a graduate of Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Art History at Hacetttepe University and Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Advertisement at Anadolu University. She attended a certificate programme in the field of Copyright Law in the United Kingdom. She is the founder of Japanese Music and Arts Association. She plays Japanese Koto.
